The most beautiful arrangement ive ever seen. The shape and the way it was put together is amazing. All flowers fresh and beautiful. And the ladies working there are great, nice and friendly. And the price for that piece and size was great as well.

The worst experience ever! I walked in there today, to order a few flower arrangements for a memorial service. I was shown a few pictures on a tablet, without any explanation of what kind of flowers are involved, or what would be the best option for my needs. I had no idea what size of bouquets I'm looking at, and I couldn't get a straight answer, so I asked for a very small circular arrangement that goes around the urn. I was told that such an arrangement will cost me $150, I then asked for a half-circle one and was told $140. When I asked, why half of what cost $150 is only $10 less, the lady answered, "Please don't argue with me". I was shocked to get such an offensive response for simply asking a logical question, to understand their pricing. Not only did the lady lack basic common sense regarding bargaining, but she was also excessively rude and unhelpful. This was my first time purchasing flowers for a funeral service, so I was unsure and she wouldn't help me. After this, I went to a different flower shop, and I was met with some of the best customer services I've experienced. Not only was I guided through the entire process, but I was also given many options regarding certain types of flowers and their arrangements. The lady at that shop was wonderful!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mom's birthday. I let Joanna design an arrangement to be delivered. She hand delivered a beautiful arrangement to my mom! Mom loved the bouquet! Flowers from here last for days! Incredible designs and durability. Many people that I give flowers from here always ask, how come they last for so long, I told them it’s because they are never in fridge, fresh flowers. Now they are clients as well. Been here many many times and will be many many times more. Love all of your work!

Went there today to get a few bouquets of flowers and the lady looked at me like I had two heads. She was like what kind of flowers, I told her red flowers and continued to work on other things and than I asked again and she made no effort to help. Was trying to give my business to a local des plaines flower shop but seems like they don’t have a concept of customer service.

A complete rip off!! Asked for a rose price , it was $5 per rose so I ordered 7 roses. Time to pay, it was $55. 🤔 It was my mother's birthday with a restaurant reservations so I said ok, even though the price was ridiculous!! Then the lady asked me if I had cash...Why would I carry $55 in cash??? I gave her my cc and was going to sign the receipt ...it said $60!!! Ok, asked why $60. " Because you don't have cash". Seriously??? Is it still the US where we pay by cc anywhere?? Nice roses but I will NEVER support this scamming place again!!!

Breathtaking! They created exactly what I had envisioned. I couldn't have been pleased! My wedding bouquets, as well as centerpieces, were done by 7 Red Roses Floral Design Studio, and they were Incredibly beautiful. I knew I needed roses and really had no idea which other flowers and plants to pair them with. I ended up giving them my wedding colors, and they perfectly put together everything. I was extremely pleased with my encounter with them and will strongly suggest them to anybody else searching for the right flowers and customer support in the area. Thank you for the quick response and lovely little bouquets you made for me today! The recipients envied and adored them! I hope to visit your lovely store again soon. You know how to create magic with all sorts of flowers.

Gorgeous! I had no idea what I wanted. I stopped to pick up flowers for my wife on my way home and I am very impressed with the arrangement they put together. I don’t speak Polish or have any clue of how to arrange flowers, they just did it for me! Good prices too
